We are about to drink from a public water service and a fellow near by warns us,”I have been living around for a while and I think its not fit for drinking”. And we having a cautious approach to our lives and health decide not to drink. We avoid that because we value our health. The same is not very true when it comes to our deepest selves. We find several hints and omens from and with in our lives and people who tell us that perhaps we are living a lie or who tell us that the ultimate truth is that way. Surprisingly being cautious, we do not take a step forward to that way. Rather than going towards that way, we decide to be where we are. Loving oneself is more about valuing ourselves to the point, where we take steps, at least equivalent steps we would take to save our health.
