Take ample time to

Take ample and enough time to eat, enjoy it, observe the food, see its color, the aroma,  the temperature, feel it in your fingers, chew it slowly to your full relish.

Take time to feel how you chew it, move it down and how you feel after your first munch after an eight hour task.

Take off your shoes even if sitting on a table, you can slide them off with one foot after the other.

Silent your cell phone.

Eat slowly, enjoy it, always ask some one to accompany you.

Be grateful at every thing you get……

If its a full meal, try eating only twice a day and again do that slowly.

It’s hard to develop such a refine habit, but ………

That’s true joy !

And  it takes love to develop such habits
